What you will need:
1 c. garbanzo beans (pre-cooked or canned, drained and rinsed)
1 T. red onions, minces
1 avocado (skin and pit removed)
12 pitted black olives (optional)
1 clove fresh garlic, minced
1 organic Roma tomato, chopped
4 T. low-sodium chicken stock
1 tsp sea salt
2 oz crumbled organic feta cheese
- Combine all ingredients together in a food processor and blend until just combined.
