Avocado Hummus


Quick and easy! Once you have the ingredients, mix them, and done! Grab some fresh cut vegetables or whole wheat pita bread get the munching.

What you will need:

1 c. garbanzo beans (pre-cooked or canned, drained and rinsed)

1 T. red onions, minces

1 avocado (skin and pit removed)

12 pitted black olives (optional)

1 clove fresh garlic, minced

1 organic Roma tomato, chopped

4 T. low-sodium chicken stock

1 tsp sea salt

2 oz crumbled organic feta cheese

  • Combine all ingredients together in a food processor and blend until just combined.
  • Ready to serve
