15 Min Breakfast Scramble

I don’t know about you, but I don’t like spending a lot of time cooking or eating breakfast unless it’s a weekend brunch! With that being said, here is an easy breakfast that you can cook, eat, and clean all of the dishes within 15 min!

 

What you will need:

1 Egg

3 Egg Whites

Spinach

Peppers

 

Ezekiel Bread (Regular or Cinimon Raisin)

Butter

Stevia and Cinnamon (mix together for cinnamon sugar… delicious!)

 

Directions

In a frying pan sprayed with olive oil add the spinach and peppers and cook them down for about 3 min. Add egg and egg whites and scramble them in the pan.

 

Toast 1 piece of Ezekiel Bread. Lightly spread butter and sprinkle the Stevia and cinnamon over the top.

 

Cook time should be around 7 min. Eat time 6 min. Clean time 2 min. Done and Done.
