Running Late? Go Greek!

You know the feeling.. You either hit the snooze alarm one too many times. Forgot about an important meeting or just accidently slept in. You are barely awake throwing clothes on, thinking to yourself, “did I remember to put on deodorant?” Well here is a quick, simple, problem solver for that growling tummy on the way out the door!

 

It’s easy…. Here are the ingredients:

Plain Greek Yogurt Cups

1 tbsp Peanut Butter or 2 tbsp of halved walnuts or almonds

1 tbsp Honey

Blue Berries

 

Yep, that’s it!

Find the Greek yogurt cups and buy the plain yogurt option. All you do is open it up and add the peanut butter, honey and mix it up. Sprinkle blue berries on top… Now inhale it! Only 3 min between cracking it open to completing!

 

Options:

If you cannot stand plain Greek yogurt go with flavored but drop the honey!
