As some of you may know, for some time now I have been involved in a project with Saddleback Church called The Daniel Plan, as one of their fitness experts. The Daniel Plan is a lifestyle program that centers around five aspects of life: faith, fitness, food, friends and focus. These essentials are the core of our existence, and when approached with the motivation of love, as The Daniel Plan instructs, we can live into the most healthy version of ourselves physically, emotionally, spiritually, relationally and more.
The Daniel Plan has published fitness DVDs and a book, but the program is about to expand in a major way. On January 10th, 2015, The Daniel Plan Simulcast will launch. The idea is to get a group of people, whether it is your friends, your small group from church, co-workers or any other community, to come together and learn about the program via live broadcast. This can help spark a journey on the curriculum in an environment that will provide encouragement and support from your peers.
The Daniel Plan Simulcast essentially aims to help you live into the healthiest version of yourself.
