Upper Body Band Work

Bands… One of the best portable workout tools out there. You can use it to work just about anything! Here is a quick upper body workout that should take no longer than 20 min:

Complete all the exercises before resting for one min then repeat for 3 times through:

300 Workout:

Shoulder Press 20 Reps

(Stand on band and press overhead)

Bent over Row 20

(Stand on band, hinge at your hips, row band up)

Push Ups 20

(On your toes or knees depending on your capabilities)

Band High Row 20

(Stand straight up on the band and pull hands from hips to your chest)

Cross Body Mountain Climbers 20 each side

(Drive knees to opposite elbows)
